UNACCOM provides quality fully furnished accommodation to more than 600 students, most of which is within easy walking distance of Nathan Campus or Mt. Gravatt Campus. Plus offers clean, safe and secure student accommodation in the Gold Coast, Ipswich and North Brisbane area's.

We have a variety of accommodation ranging from share houses and units to fully self-contained bed-sitter style flats (for 1 person) and 1, 2, or 3 bedroom flats, town houses and units, and larger 4 bedroom houses and units.

We offer a unit exchange service which allows our tenants to transfer to larger or smaller accommodation within our organization, should their circumstances change, without incurring a penalty or loss of bond.

Once a tenancy agreement has been entered into, we fix the rental for that agreement for as long as the tenant remains...no increases or charges to the agreement, no matter how long the tenant remains in occupation. Rent payments can be made by cash, cheque, eftpos, direct debit or international transfer.
